Description
Plant specimen of Tradescantia fluminensis, commonly known as Wandering Jew.
Orignially from South America, this species is considred a major weed in New Zealand. A groundcover weed, it grows quickly and creeps along the soil putting down roots, expecially in damp shady areas. It has dark green shiny smooth leaves.
