Description
This bird specimen is the holotype for the species "Timeliopsis griseigula fulviventris", otherwise known as the Tawny Straightbill. A holotype is the single type specimen upon which the description and name of a new species is based.

This bird is found in the mountainous regions of Papua New Guinea.
