Description
This specimen is the holotype for the species "Antechinus leo", otherwise known as the Cinnamon antechinus. A holotype is the single type specimen upon which the description and name of a new species is based.
This antechinus lives in a small area in North East Queensland, Australia. It is larger than other species of antechinus.
